By creating your very own Tribute Fund page, you can generate Hope for the future and Help for the present as you raise funds for our pALS (People with ALS) and their families. And through it all, ALS of Michigan is Here for You always.

These pages are devoted to Michigan's ALS Community and to those who are courageously battling this disease. However, you are also welcome to set up a fund for any other purpose. Donations made to your fund will make a tremendous difference in our ongoing efforts to help our pALS and their families live life as fully as possible.

Fund Waiver

Yes, the Honoree or the Honoree's family has given me permission to create a Fund in the name of the Honoree. Funds raised in this Fund will benefit ALS of Michigan, a nonprofit corporation with the IRS designation of 501(c) (3). Donations made to this tribute fund are tax deductible to the full extent allowable. Funds raised will be administered to serve the mission of ALS of Michigan, at the sole discretion of the organization's leadership. Disbursement of funds will not be directed by me (Fund Creator), by the Honoree, by the Honoree's family nor by any agent of the Honoree. I will not use the Web site or email tools made available to me in any illegal or objectionable manner.

ALS of Michigan may contact me as needed about the fund I am creating and may, at its sole discretion with or without cause, disable the fund at any time.
